We love WordPress at SJL Web Design, almost as much as a truly epic rock ballad on a rainy Friday afternoon. Well maybe not that much. Either way here are 5 plugins that every WordPress blog or CMS can’t be seen without this summer.

All in One SEO Pack

Obvious one really, this plugin rocks! If you’re serious about your site and are wanting it to rank prominently in Google, this is your starting place.

Google XML Sitemaps

This plugin will will automatically generate an XML sitemap for your site that you can then submit to Google and other search engines. Easy!

Cforms II

Very flexible and well built contact form plugin that allows you to tailor a number of different contact forms on one site.

WordPress.com Stats

Simple alternative to Google Analytics that you can analyse from the WordPress dashboard without lagging your server.

WP e-Commerce

Incredible e-commerce  plugin that really demonstrates the power that WordPress can harness. Although WP e-Commerce still has a way to go to be on the same level as Magento, it certainly offers an easy way to sell online for existing WordPress users.
